The system's Administration interfaces allow QTMS to be configured to meet your particular needs. From the system administration interfaces, the administrator can easily:

Manage User Accounts by adding/removing users to/from the system and editing their profiles and permission levels. A partial screen is shown next.

Maintain/manage contact and look up information including contacts (field repair people/technicians), customers, companies, locations and other information. The graphic that follows shows a contact management screen.

Manage and define product configuration templates and edit/create systems. QTMS allows for an unlimited part indenture level when defining systems (e.g. system, subsystem, subsubsystem .... nth subsystem). The following screen shows a system creation screen. It should be noted that even though the administrator can create/edit all deployed systems through the QTMS Web interfaces, a direct interface with your existing production system (or bill of materials system) is preferable to the manual process. QTMS uses industry standard formats and can link to most existing systems.

Define/Assign Responsible Engineers for systems, subsystems etc. A partial screen is shown next.
