Learning More and Arranging for a Demonstration
Unlike ReliaSoft's standard software, where a demo CD can be shipped to you for a trial period of time, enterprise systems require more complex setups and infrastructure. Therefore, Web conferencing is utilized for demonstration purposes. Through the use of Web conferencing, we can walk you through the system and answer any questions you may have and demonstrate any specific features of interest. This process can be repeated until you get a full understanding of the system. 

Setting up a Web Conference
ReliaSoft will make the arrangements needed and provide you with the required Web links and call-in numbers for the Web conference. To schedule a Web conference, contact ReliaSoft at +1.520.886.0410 or Sales@ReliaSoft.com.

Preparing for the Web Conference
A Web conference, as the name implies, is done over the Web. As such, you will need an Internet connection and browser (Internet Explorer is recommended) as well as telephone for the audio portion. From there, you will link to ReliaSoft's WebEx server and "Online Support Center" (http://ReliaSoft.WebEx.com) and join the meeting using the meeting number provided and a call-in telephone number for audio. These numbers and related information will be e-mailed to you by ReliaSoft when the meeting is arranged. 

If multiple people from the same location are attending, we recommend that you set the meeting in a conference room and use a projector connected to the computer that you will utilize for the WebEx connection as well as a speaker phone. If additional locations will be attending, a similar set up can be utilized using the same meeting number. 

Meeting Duration and Other Information
An average presentation is about one hour. To more efficiently utilize the time, we recommend that you review the basic features of the QTMS system, as presented on this Web site, ahead of time.  

Additionally, we have prepared a PowerPoint presentation that provides a high level overview of QTMS that you can download and share with your colleagues prior to the meeting.
