Learning More and Arranging for a Demonstration
Unlike ReliaSoft's standard software, where a demo CD can be shipped to you
for a trial period of time, enterprise systems require more complex setups
and infrastructure. Therefore, Web conferencing is utilized for demonstration purposes. Through the use of Web conferencing, we can walk
you through the system and answer any questions you may have and demonstrate any specific features of interest. This process can be repeated
until you get a full understanding of the system.
Using the Simple Demo posted on this Site
Additionally, a simple dashboard demo, utilizing limited data is
available through this site. The
sample Demo includes
an example of the main window using a 2x3 configuration
and several drill down windows.
No customization or user-defined queries are allowed.

  Preparing
for the Web Conference
A Web conference, as the name
implies, is done over the Web. As such, you will need an Internet connection
and browser (Internet Explorer is recommended) as well as telephone for the
audio portion. From there, you will link to ReliaSoft's WebEx server
and "Online Support Center" (http://ReliaSoft.Webex.com)
and join the meeting using the meeting number provided and a call-in
telephone number for audio. These numbers and related information will
be e-mailed to you by ReliaSoft when the meeting is arranged.
If multiple people from the same location
are attending, we recommend that you set the meeting in a conference room and
use a projector connected to the computer that you will utilize for the WebEx connection as well as a speaker phone. If additional locations will be
attending, a similar set up can be utilized using the same meeting
number.
Dashboard Pricing
Dashboard pricing is dependent on the
effort/customization required to link and validate existing data sources
to the Dashboard database (see also FAQ).
